This piece showcases a very unique coat that I personally have not seen before. The idea of it came to mind on a very unassuming day. I knew I had to paint a purple horse. before this painting, I felt like I had an itch that needed to be scratched. Sometimes, a piece wants to show you a different direction and sometimes they want to be created. I find that very beautiful. This piece is about having a nagging feeling, an itch and the answer to is just calmly staring you in the face, waiting for the right moment to reveal itself.
